About Us
Our work builds hope, skills, and opportunities for tribal youth, reducing migration and drug use in Noney District.
Founded in 2022, Tazei Foundation focuses on transforming lives in Manipur’s hill districts through education, health, entrepreneurship, and climate resilience. We operate three schools and support two affiliated institutions to ensure access to quality education in remote areas. Our community-based and inclusive model connects learning with livelihood through organic farming and skill development. We believe in values of equality, transparency, and empowerment while engaging youth in positive growth. With strong partnerships like Dhwani Foundation under the Nirantharas North East Program, we have touched hundreds of lives. Our efforts continue to strengthen the social fabric across Noney and Bishnupur districts of Manipur.

Youth Awareness & Leadership Workshops
Through targeted youth camps, Tazei Foundation engaged over 200 young people in leadership training, anti-drug awareness, and civic participation. The program created a positive shift, motivating youth toward productive community roles across Manipur.
Organic Farming & Livelihood Demonstration
Farmers from local villages received training in organic farming, piggery, and mushroom cultivation. These efforts promoted food security and sustainable livelihoods, empowering more than 80 families to earn steady incomes in Noney district.
